In the right corner working on the tower itself, including the necessary safety net we can see perfectly elliptical shape, the armor of the bulkhead in the central core and perimeter columns. Zooming into the picture I get the feeling that these pillars are mixed structure with a central part of steel base and a coating of reinforced concrete. It is clear that in this work everything is big, especially considering that these pillars should support a tower of 178m and still has not been exceeded the elevation of ground.
