There are several types of divorce. In our opinion the most recommended is the "mutually agreed" not only because it prevents the escalation of emotional conflicts, but also because in legal terms is the simplest: it requires proving grounds for divorce, and carries a maximum of two audiences (or none in cases where spouses and take three years of de facto separation.) Short-term trials are generally not take more than a few months, and their cost is lower than contradictory.
Divorce adversarial or contentious, is that which arises when one spouse refuses to divorce. In such cases, the spouse who wants the divorce must prove that there are reasons specified by law to do so. It should be noted that these trials are long, which themselves represent an escalation of conflict, and therefore are emotionally draining and painful (not to mention that they're more expensive).
